What started for me as an interest to find out how to age well, quickly turned into a passion for helping others. Like many people, I didn't always live the healthiest lifestyle, but I began making better choices to keep my mind, body, and heart healthy. I want to live a long happy life, and age gracefully. Throughout my relationships, and sharing my story, I soon realized that I could help other people do the same.
Experience has shown me that making decisions based on my life's intended purpose is a remarkable journey. I have traveled many places, received a full and rigorous academic training in psychology, experienced many diverse cultures, and met amazing people. Through it all, I discovered how to take the necessary steps toward elevating my wellness lifestyle, and learned how to thrive. I call it a 'wellness blueprint' for life. Essentially, each person's wellness blueprint is unique to the individual, but there are some common denominators for everyone.
I understand that life is full of obstacles, and managing it all can be cumbersome. I have been married for over 19 years to my husband Marc. Marc and I have 4 children, and 2 dogs. I worked in corporate America for many years, then decided to opt-out to take care of our family. I get it - life's complicated. However, I firmly believe that everyday is an opportunity to make the right choices for a happy, and healthy life.
My goal is to help people navigate life according to their personal desires, and dreams. I help others manifest their goals, aspirations, and specify their wellness blueprint. It is my pleasure to help my clients flourish in life, and have genuine joy.
